I can remember the first time I heard "Assume De Position By Patrice Roberts and Wining Season By Machel Montano. It was during a first ever live performance since Machel Montano & Xtatik became Machel Montano HD. It was about about 2 weeks before Crop Over 2007 and I stood there in awe as these brand new tunes not yet released take over the crowd and they grow into mega hits all across the Caribbean Diaspora, and the feature tunes on the Straight From Bim Vol 1.
And then the follow up Project for Crop Over 2008 Straight From Bim Vol 2 - Feel Nas made ripples once again across the Caribbean Diaspora with the hit Tempa Wine, Looking Hot along with many others.
